Principal’s Message

Dear Puritas Lion Families,

Can you believe we are already into March 2023? The school year is flying by, we have 3 months left of school including March. By May 23, 2024 our scholars have a lot to accomplish, and Spring Break will be here before we know it on March 28 to April 8th. In the meantime our Teachers are working diligently to prepare our students for OST (3rd-8th Grade) and iReady Spring Assessments (K-8th Grade). With this being said it is imperative for all Scholars (Kindergarten all the way up to 8th Grade) being at school on time everyday. We appreciate our Puritas Parents and Guardians for your continued support and involvement with your Scholar(s) and our Teachers.

Additionally, we have a Second Annual Fun in the Field day on May 22, 2024 and in order for it to be a success again
we are going to need parent and guardian volunteers to help set up, run and take down stations. If you are interested
in helping out please send a dojo message to Mrs. Goss or Mrs. Marshall. We will be having Popcorn and Snow Cones
again, minute it to win it games, relay races, water fun and other activities.

As we embark on this new semester which will be approaching fast on January 26th, let’s approach it with optimism, enthusiasm, and a shared commitment to fostering a positive and nurturing learning environment. Together, we will continue to inspire curiosity, cultivate creativity, and instill a love for lifelong learning in our students.

Do not forget:
May 22-8th grade promotion ceremony 6-7:30pm
May 23 -Kindergarten promotion @ 10 am.
May 23-Grades 1st through 7th will have individual award ceremonies starting at 11:30.

As always, thank you again for working as a team to support all of our Scholars with their academic success,
Mrs. Goss & Mrs. Marshall
